**UK & Local Areas:**

We offer free shipping for all products within 24 hours from Monday to Saturday, using the Royal Mail 48H Tracked service. For local areas, we provide a personal delivery service. You will receive updates about your shipping and delivery via email, and you can check your online account for further updates.

**Exchanges (Size or Colour)**

If you need to exchange an item due to an incorrect size or colour being ordered, please note that the replacement item will be shipped with a £4.50 delivery charge (Royal Mail Tracked 48H).

We kindly ask customers to check size and colour carefully before placing their order. 

 

**International Standard Delivery**

*Europe: £20.00

*Rest of the World: (including United States, Australia & beyond) £35.00

We send parcels via Royal Mail/ParcelForce within the UK, which then transfers to the postal service of the destination country. We can provide tracking information within the UK; however, once the item has reached your chosen country, you will need to contact your local postal service with the consignment number to track your parcel.
