These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases made through Aria Italian Style Boutique.

By accessing our website and placing an order, you agree to be bound by the terms outlined below.

 

Returns

 

We operate a 14-day return policy. This means you have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return for unwanted goods.


  • It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure returned items arrive back with us within the 14-day return window.
  • Items received outside this period will not be accepted.


Eligibility for Returns

 

To be eligible for a return, items must be:


  • Unworn and unused
  • In their original condition
  • With all original tags attached
  • In the original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase



Items showing signs of wear, washing, odour, makeup, perfume, or damage will not be accepted.

Returns must be sent to the address provided via email. Items returned without prior authorisation may not be accepted.

 

Return Postage Costs

Please note:


  • Return postage costs are non-refundable, except where an item is confirmed to be faulty or an incorrect item has been received.
  • Customers are responsible for the cost of returning unwanted items.
  • Sale or discounted items, gift cards, and custom or personalised items are non-returnable.

Exchanges (Size or Colour)

 

  • The fastest way to receive a different size or colour is to return the original item and place a new order via the website.
  • Free shipping applies only to new orders placed online.
  • If you wish to exchange an item without placing a new order, a £4.50 delivery charge will apply (Royal Mail Tracked 48). A secure payment link will be sent to complete the exchange shipment.
  • Customers are kindly asked to check size and colour carefully before placing an order, as exchange delivery costs are not covered.


Faulty or Incorrect Items – Inspection Policy

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if you believe an item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.


  • All items reported as faulty must be returned for inspection.
  • If an item is confirmed to be faulty due to our error, a full refund will be issued for the item and the return postage costs.
  • If, upon inspection, the item is found not to be faulty, return postage costs will not be refunded.
  • Faults caused by wear and tear, misuse, washing, alterations, or accidental damage are not considered manufacturing faults and are not eligible for a refund.



All returned items are carefully inspected upon arrival before any refund decision is made.


 

European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, without providing a reason.


 

Refunds

 

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
  • If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process the refund.
